Garden raised beds – the most productive and aesthetically pleasing way to home garden.
This wonderful raised bed garden is in Riverside California in one of the most beautiful
neighborhoods in the city.
The residents of this lovely home reached out to He Provides desiring to grow their own food
and install some new aesthetically pleasing raised beds.
Before:
The proposed garden area already had a very overgrown small inground raised bed with some
grass growing around it.
The yard already had some citrus trees and other tropical fruit trees growing. The yard was a
perfect fit for a He Provides Raised Bed Garden and has the potential to become a Four Season
Kitchen Garden.
The first thing necessary was to clear out the area making adequate space for the four new raised
bed gardens that would make their home in this area. Next a proper weed barrier and pea gravel
needed to be laid.
Following we installed our Large Raised Beds (3x7x36). With our Turnkey package these raised
beds were hand built with naturally rot and mite resistant redwood, delivered, installed, filled
with the proper organic soil, automatic irrigation installed, plants installed, our custom plant tags
installed and our greenhouse raised beds covers installed.
Once the garden was all planted it was growing; fennel plants, swiss chard plants, dino kale
plants, green curly kale plants, thyme plant, radish plants, arugula plants, red mustard green
plants, cilantro plants, bok choy plants, green onion plants, parsley plants, green bell pepper
plants, tomato plants, and much more!
Once this raised bed started growing it started producing abundantly!
Since we already had redwood raised beds growing abundant amounts of fruits, vegetables,
herbs, and greens we decided to plant four blueberry bushes in redwood containers as well to
match the aesthetic and provide loads of blueberries for years to come.
Just Planted!
Shortly after those blueberry bushes grew much bigger and will ultimately grow four to six feet
tall and wide.
This yard already had a mature papaya tree growing, a lemon tree, a peach tree, a grapefruit tree,
a persimmon tree, an orange tree, two guava trees, and multiple tropical fruit trees.
We maintained this epic garden on a bi-weekly basis for this wonderful family!
Within a short period of time this wonderful raised bed garden in Riverside California can
become a complete Four Season Kitchen Garden providing the residents – their neighbors,
friends and family members fresh organic fruits, vegetables, herbs, and greens in each season of
the year for many years to come.
