The very best and most rewarding part of the raised bed garden renovation came last, planting
new plants! 🙂
Now that the garden has had a complete RESET we can now add the very best plants to grow
organically for years to come.
We had eleven raised beds to plant and over 200 residents to supply the healthiest food a garden
can provide for, so we planted a whole lot!
We started by planting a whole raised bed full of Strawberries to provide the residents with
abundant amounts of a super healthy and super tasty Fruit.
We planted Vegetables such as: Tomatoes, Broccoli, Artichokes, Green Bell Peppers, Red Bell
Peppers, Orange Bell Peppers, Eggplants, Cucumbers, Fava Beans, and Snow Peas.
We planted Greens such as; Napa Cabbage, Bok Choy, Swiss Chard, Orange Chard, Green
Chard, Red and Green Mustard Greens, Dino Kale, Green Curly Kale, Red Curly Kale, Red
Russian Kale, Nevada Lettuce, Amanda Lettuce, and Bibb Lettuce.
We planted Herbs such as: Green Onions, Cilantro, Italian Basil, Genovese Basil, African Basil,
Italian Parsley, Curly Parsley, Fennel, Dill, Organo, Rosemary, Thyme, and Lavender.
