- Note: The prebuilt residential housing business is nearly non-existent in Cameroon. We will introduce quality, affordable housing in an up-and-coming area of the rapidly developing Kribi, Cameroon region. Homes will be sold, mortgaged, and leased. This will be the first phase of a larger community development plan. The housing will be within the same area as our existing waterpark, restaurants, market, and farms.

We distribute 50% of the business’s profits to the investors until a 10x return is achieved within 10 years. (Note: If a 10x return is not achieved in 10 years, profit distribution continues for 20 years).
